Tom was very patient in working with us over a considerable period of time. His responses to our questions were always to the point and direct. His guidance on a number of properties was appreciated.

Tom helped me find my mountain home. He stayed in direct contact with me throughout the entire buying process. Tom made sure that the buying process moved quickly. I think I had one of the better home-buying experiences because of Tom.

My wife and I were looking for a lot of land within our price range with certain amenities. We met Tom during our search. He was eager to answer our questions and used his knowledge of the mountain areas outside of Breckenridge to assist us with our purchase. During the contract negotiations, Tom was always available and had documents ready, even before needed. My wife and I feel fortunate we met him and appreciate being able to find our mountain retreat with amazing views.

As the listing agent for both a small property of mine and my main residence, Tom worked very hard to get both of these closed. There were lots of unforeseen obstacles on both properties that took six months to overcome. Tom was on top of it the whole time. Both these were the most difficult closings I've ever been involved with, and Tom did a great job. He even disposed of all the furnishings left behind that the buyer did not want. Not only was he responsive, but he was proactive about making sure I knew what my next step was so that I didn't miss anything. He was also knowledgeable about the VA loan process and the specific rules surrounding that type of loan, which made things easier for me.
