August and September shattered all previous one-month records. According to Land Title Guarantee Company, September 2020 real estate volume hit a new benchmark with $344M in gross volume and 384 transactions. When we look back to the very beginning of the Summit County record-keeping back in 1987, there is no month that comes close to this September gross volume.
