December Market Update
October set another one-month record. According to Land Title Guarantee Company, October 2020 real estate volume set a new benchmark with $360M in gross volume and 442 transactions, breaking the record set just one month earlier. The entire year of 1995 had a gross volume total of $339M. YTD 2020 monetary volume is pacing 12% up from YTD 2019. YTD 2020 transactions are pacing 7% up from YTD 2019. See the complete report.
