Despite Our Recent Drought, We Can Be Optimistic
In the 45 years I have been living full-time in Breckenridge, there has been only one other winter like this one. Breckenridge had no snowmaking in 1981, and we didn't get significant snow till the end of January. The ski area didn't open till February 10. After that, we had really good skiing till Easter closing day, April 19. If you buy now while sellers are desperate and other buyers are skittish, you could hit the jackpot on last-minute reservations for the world's best spring skiing! Cha-ching!
