- Fall offers the best weather to look at homes. The monsoons have quit, and the temperatures are mild. People love coming to the mountains this time of year while the leaves are changing and the skies are blue.
- It's also a good time for buyers to be looking because without the summer rentals, homes are available to look at at their convenience, not when they are empty.
- People love to be here over the holidays. Christmas/New Year's are the most popular two weeks of the year by far. We have typically seen a "feeding frenzy" as folks finally get motivated with ski season right around the corner.
