More Things to Know for The Summer

Main Streets

  • "Walkable Breckenridge" has debuted. Main St. is closed to vehicles from Watson to Jefferson. E/W traverses remain at Ski Hill and Adams. Closure will last for about 8 weeks, and about 25 restaurants and shops will spill across the sidewalks. Guests can expect pop-up performances, demonstrations, workshops, and art.
  • Performances by the NRO as well as by local musicians, storytellers, and performance artists will happen Wednesdays through Sundays during lunch and dinner hours. Outdoor classes will be happening in the Arts District. 
  • Frisco's Promenade is open. Traffic on Main St. is limited to pedestrians and bicycles from 2nd to 5th Streets, and businesses have expanded into the open air. It's like a festival every day!
  • Dillon Farmer's Market is open every Friday. Amphitheater free concerts have been terminated. 
  • NFS Campgrounds are Open!

Ski Area Playgrounds 

  • Breckenridge offers mountain bike trail access and scenic chairlift rides as well as zip line tours, the Alpine Slide, and the Goldrunner Coaster for the summer season.
  • Keystone's activities include a bike park, stables, lakeside activities, and scenic chairlift rides.
  • Copper Mountain Resort is planning to open on July 4 with hiking, mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, disc golf, and limited dining options. The golf course opens July 3rd. 
  • A Basin; 6th Alley Bar & Grill is open. Activities such as trail access for hiking and mountain biking and the disc golf course will be opening soon.
