Even though we are down slightly from last year, last month shows we are picking up the slack, and by the end of summer we should be at or above last year's numbers, the second-best year in local real estate history. Much of our early-year lag had a lot to do with a lack of visitors due to a lack of snow. Bring on El Niño and the monsoons!
