Pendings continue downward. During a downturn, even before prices drop, there are opportunities that come on the market that previously may not have been available. With that in mind, you can snatch that dream home up if you see it. At the current time brokers are not allowed to do in-person showings. You can look at digital renderings and place a property under contract with the contingency of doing a personal inspection. Inspections are allowed but only for properties under contract.
