The north end of town has modern fast food, department stores, and ski shops. There is a large nature preserve that makes for a great walk behind the Taco Bell.
There are bike paths galore. You can wind through town or along the lake to Dillon. You can ride along the river all the way to Breckenridge. If you are hearty enough, you can climb through Copper Mountain all the way to Vail. The ride down from Vail Pass is an experience you won't forget.
Frisco has its own marina for renting or launching your boat, kayak, or SUP. There's a quaint restaurant to enjoy the sun or the sunset. Fireworks are shot off over the lake near the marina on July 4th. Don't miss this. You can even watch from your boat.
Main Street is event central. In the summer, nearly every weekend is filled with music, food, and art festivals. The variety of restaurants will please any palate, from fine dining to family fare.
